These footings near Holly Hill Mall are the precursor to a new Popeye’s franchise that’s in the offing along Huffman Mill Road.
Located next to the entrance to Burlington’s Publix, the site of this project belongs to the same Charlotte-based real estate firm which owns the adjacent grocery store.
The city’s inspections department issued a building permit for the new eatery in August.
