Alamance County Piano Teachers held the annual N.C. Federation of Music Clubs Junior Music Festival/Contest on February 22, at Elon University with almost 50 Alamance County piano students from beginning to advanced levels participating.
Each student received a rating for the performance of two memorized pieces. All students this year received a Superior or Excellent rating.
Students accumulate points based on their scores. Harlow Spacek, Eli Shepherd, Jasmine Elkotaney, and Patrick Swinney will be competing on the State level at UNCG in April.
