A Graham woman has been charged with sexual assault against a young teenager which is alleged to have occurred almost a year ago.
According to a statement from the sheriff’s office released Thursday (June 17), the Alamance County sheriff’s office responded Sunday (June 13) to a call in which it was alleged that a sexual assault had occurred at a party held last July 26, 2020.
Following an investigation, Jessica Nicole Brown, white, female, 27, of 918 East Gilbreath Street in Graham has been charged with a felony sexual offense against a person who is 13, 14, or 15 years old.

She was placed under a $50,000 bond.
