Another large project to follow – also on the Graham side of industrial park

While Windsor Commercial’s president William “Buddy” Seymour said he was unable to comment on what he consistently termed an “unnamed tenant,” he did say that some of the “expandability” of the first building would be reduced by Windsor Commercial’s plans to build a second spec building, also 297,000 square feet, on the same lot.

William “Buddy” Seymour before Burlington’s city council on a different construction project his company was undertaking several years ago.

A sign beside the current construction lists the building as 297,000 square feet, “expandable to 857,500 square feet.”

But Seymour said that the company hopes to begin construction on the new building as soon as the first one is complete and occupied.

Seymour said Windsor would seek to divide the current lot, which is about 75 acres, in order to establish a separate parcel for the additional construction.
