The Alamance News made a public records request for information on all county government employees who were fired, demoted, suspended, or transferred to other posts between July 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024.
The first installment results of that inquiry are published in this week’s (Sept. 12) edition.

Background/overview (Part 1): 37 employees were fired from various county government departments over the past 14 months:
