Alamance County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Graham couple for the theft of a wide screen television set from a neighbor’s house.
The incident began on Friday, November 13, 2020, when deputies responded to a report of larceny on Crawford Road in southern Alamance County. On arrival, deputies spoke with the victim who reported a 60” television was missing. The television was valued at $1,600.
During the investigation, deputies discovered the television had been pawned at a local pawn shop for $130.
Further investigation developed two suspects, Meghan Pierce and Joshua Golden, who were subsequently charged with the theft.
The television was recovered from the pawn shop and returned to the victim. The pawn shop has also been added as a victim.
