County clerk honored by board for achievement

Tory Frink, who serves as clerk to Alamance County’s board of commissioners, was recognized by her bosses during last week’s meeting of the board.

Frink recently completed additional training from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and received the designation as a “master municipal clerk.”
