ERICA JOHNSON, EDUCATION SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR

Erica Johnson, a teacher’s assistant at Grove Park Elementary School, has been selected as the 2019-2020 Education Support Professional of the Year by the North Carolina Association of Educators Council. Karen Slade, who is shown on the right and is a teacher’s assistant at Southern High, presented Johnson with the award during the Alamance-Burlington school board’s latest meeting.
