The winner of this game will be one game behind first-place Southeast Alamance in the loss column with two weeks remaining in the regular season.

Eastern (5-2 overall, 3-1 Mid-Carolina Conference) has equaled last season’s win total.

Williams (4-1, 2-1) has won the last three meetings with the Eagles following Eastern’s 11-game win streak in the series.

Western Alamance at Cummings

Both teams will try to shed three-game losing streaks.

Western (4-3, 1-2) has a four-game winning streak in the series since a 2021 tie.

Cummings (1-6, 0-4) hasn’t defeated the Warriors since 2010.

Roxboro Person at Southern Alamance

Southern (5-2, 1-2) has won vs. the Rockets (2-5, 1-2) in each of the past three seasons with those margins of victory growing from seven points to 11 points to 24 points.

The Patriots’ remaining schedule includes games against three teams holding a combined 2-8 league record.

Southeast is idle

Southeast Alamance (8-0, 4-0) has the week off. By winning at least one of their final two games – at Roxboro Person, at Eastern Alamance – the Stallions would clinch at least a share of the conference title.
