Fun in the snow. . . while it lasts

Eve Bushnell uses a repurposed trashcan lid to slide down a snow-covered hill at Burlington’s Willowbrook Park under the gaze of her brother Sam and her grandmother Beth Kephart. There was barely enough snow cover to sustain this improvised slalom when the family visited the park at lunchtime on Tuesday – and even less as the snow continued to melt in the afternoon sun.
