One person was injured by a gunshot wound at or near the Graham Bojangles at 807 South Main Street on Monday afternoon.
Graham police responded at 1:37 p.m. to find an injured man with a gunshot wound; he was taken to the hospital due to his injuries.
The victim and witnesses identified the suspect vehicle as a white Chevy SUV. See surveillance photo.
The incident is still under investigation.
