Scheduled Tuesday night meetings for Alamance County’s commissioners and Burlington’s city council have been cancelled, both public bodies have announced, due to the possibility of inclement weather.
The Burlington meeting has been rescheduled to be in the council’s next semi-monthly meeting, on February 4 at 7:00 p.m.
The commissioners have scheduled a special meeting next Monday night, January 27, also at 6:30 p.m.
Also cancelled are all after-school and evening events of the Alamance-Burlington school system.
