A man from Burlington has been arrested for the alleged stickup of a pizza delivery driver earlier this week.
According to Burlington’s police department, Cedrick Deonne Wright was taken into custody on Wednesday for robbing a 61-year-old driver for Domino’s Pizza, who was held up along the 600 block of Cameron Street shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
In addition to a charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon, Wright is also accused of resisting, obstructing, or delaying police officers in their pursuance of this case. He has been jailed under a $50,000 bond since his arrest.
