Police in Burlington have arrested four people during drug raids at two different locations that investigators believe have served as hubs for the trade in illicit narcotics.
The most recent of these raids occurred on September 8 when officers searched 309-B Vance Street following an alleged drug sale that court records place on August 26.
According to Burlington’s police department, this operation led to the discovery of cocaine and other illegal narcotics; several firearms, including one found to be stolen; and miscellaneous items of drug paraphernalia.
As a result of this search, officers arrested Kristopher Sean Walker, a 28-year-old black male who lives at the site of this raid. According to the police department, Walker faces felony-level charges for cocaine trafficking, possession of a stolen firearm, and the sale or delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school. Walker has also incurred a misdemeanor-level charges for maintaining a dwelling for the sale or distribution of illegal drugs and the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also arrested in this operation was Traven Larod Siler, a 33-year-old black male of 505 East Parker Street in Graham. Siler faces four felonies, including the sale and delivery of marijuana, cocaine trafficking, marijuana possession with the intent to sell or deliver the drug, and the illegal possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.

Siler and Walker have both been placed under secured bonds of $30,000 apiece.
Four days before police descended on 309-B Vance Street, officers conducted another search at 1434 Peace Lane that reportedly uncovered 10.8 grams of cocaine.
As a result of this discovery, officers arrested Bobbie Lee Lloyd and Jessica Ruth Lloyd – both of whom reside at this address. The pair face felony charges for cocaine possession, cocaine possession with the intent to sell or deliver the drug, maintaining a dwelling for the sale or distribution of a controlled substance, the sale or delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park, and exposing a child to a controlled substance.

A 49-year-old black male, Bobbie Lee Lloyd has been placed under a $15,000 secured bond since his arrest. Jessica Ruth Lloyd, who court records identify as a white person of indeterminate sex, appears to have two secured bonds of $10,000 each.
