What’s the construction work going on behind Mebane’s ABC store and beside King Tire of Mebane?
Work is underway on a new ABC store, to be built behind the current store, at 7713 US 70, on the Orange County side of Mebane.
Mebane’s city council unanimously approved a request last May from the Orange County ABC Board to rezone the location of its existing ABC store in order to build a new store.
The current store will be razed when the new store is completed.
