and Review will meet as required by law.
PURPOSE OF MEETINGS
To hear upon request, any and all taxpayers
who own or control taxable property assessed
for taxation in Alamance County, with respect
to the valuation of such property, or the
property of others, and to fulfill other duties
and responsibilities required by law.
TIME OF MEETINGS
The Board will convene for its first meeting on
Thursday, April 10, 2025. The Board will adjourn
for the purpose of accepting requests for hearing on
Thursday, April 24, 2025.
The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 am
in the County Commissioners Meeting Room

Notice of Unclaimed Property
The Burlington Police Department Evidence Control Unit is in possession of property with known and unknown owners who have not responded to USPS notices. These items came into the possession of this agency and to date, no claim has been filed for ownership. Any claims to any of the items listed below must be submitted within 30 days of the publication date of this legal ad to prevent forfeiture of ownership rights and subsequent disposal of the property. To claim any of these items consisting of bb guns, bicycles, clothing, currency, electronics, firearms, gas equipment, Jewelry, knives, lawn mowers, mopeds, televisions, tools, vehicles, wallets, and other miscellaneous items, an owner can notify the Evidence Control Unit by calling (336) 229-3534/3524, (336) 513-5497/5449 to establish an appointment to submit appropriate ownership documents. Pursuant to NC G.S. 15-12, the herein after listed unclaimed property is being held by the Graham Police Department and all person claiming the property shall effect their claim within thirty (30) days from the date of notice. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Graham, NC will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Graham City Hall, 201 S. Main Street, Graham NC 27253 on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Meeting details may be found at https://www.cityofgraham.com/agendas-minutes/ . The Council will consider the following proposed rezoning applications:
