Christmas Eve morning shooting Graham police officers were dispatched to the Cook Out restaurant, 311 South Main Street in Graham, Wednesday morning at 6:43 a.m.
When officers arrived, they located one male victim with a single gunshot wound.
The suspect is an unknown male. Police say no other description is available at this time.
The victim was transported by EMS to a local hospital where he currently remains in serious condition.
According to police, this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the community at this time.
