A 91-year-old Burlington man has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.
According to the sheriff’s office, an investigation began earlier this month, on November 1, when the department received a report from Child Protective Services regarding an indecent liberties case that happened the previous year.
After further investigation and interviews, Billy Joe Keck, white, male, 91, of 526 Storey Street in Burlington was arrested and charged with taking indecent liberties with a child. His bond was set at $25,000.
