County loses its health director, while Burlington gains new asst. city manager

Lo Giudice moves from county to city

Alamance County’s loss will be Burlington’s gain when it comes to the services of the county’s health director Tony Lo Giudice.

Lo Guidice, who took over the county’s health department in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, has accepted a long-vacant assistant city manager’s post at Burlington’s city hall.

Lo Guidice has told The Alamance News that he’ll be leaving his current gig with the county on Friday in order to embark on his new position with Burlington on Monday.
