Kirby Dunn (far right), the Alamance district executive for the Boy Scouts of America, appeared before Burlington’s city council on Tuesday to recognize four young men for attaining the organization’s top rank of Eagle.
The council later joined N.C. Rep. Steve Ross, who formerly served as Burlington’s mayor, for a photo with the uniformed foursome, who (in order from left to right) are Jarrett Daniel Church, Steven Barnwell, Ryan Mervin, and Jonathan Thomas.
