Earle L. Moore, 89, of Burlington, NC passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
A native of Orange County, he was the husband of 67 years to Juanita Darnell Moore, who survives and the son of L. D. Moore and Mollie Lou Davis Moore, both deceased. He was a retired partner of M & O Foreign Auto Parts and had also been employed at Pepsi Company and Maxwell Volkswagen as parts manager. Earle was a member of Eastlawn Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife of their home, survivors include a daughter, Fran M. Wagstaff and husband Charles of Graham; two granddaughters, Anita Lorraine Moore of the home and Priscilla Marie Kenná and husband Kevin, Sr. of Helena, Montana; and great grandchildren, Anne, Natalie, Kevin, Jr., Joey, Isabelle, McKenzie, Corey, and Brooke. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry Moore and Maynard Moore and two sisters, Betty M. Terry and Alma Shephard.
The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Sunday, April 19, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
A graveside service will be conducted at Alamance Memorial Park, on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. by Pastor Stephen Joyner and Pastor Larry Redding.
