ADVISORY COMMISSION POSITIONS
The City of Mebane requests interested residents of the City and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) to apply for three positions on its Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) no later than Tuesday, January 19. The City seeks to fill a vacant at-large position, an open City position, and an open Alamance ETJ position. Applicants should be experienced and knowledgeable about bicycle and pedestrian matters, including the City of Mebane Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan. The City desires for the BPAC to be representative of Mebane’s many neighborhoods and encourages individuals from across the City to apply. The BPAC operates as an advisory body to Mebane City Council and is served by the City’s Planning staff. Current terms expire January 31, 2021, and members will be appointed by the City Council in February 2021.

This deed also conveys the southern portion of the property conveyed to W. Ruth Williams (then single) by Faye Williams Koch, et al, by deed as recorded in Deed Book 412, Page 209, Alamance County registry.
By fee simple deed from Donald Wade Ashley, single, as set forth in Deed Book 480, Page 297, dated March 16, 1983 and recorded March 18, 1983, Alamance County records, State of North Carolina.
