If the Court determines that you can and should pay, it may order you to reimburse the State for such fees. If you fail to appear, the Court may enter such an order in your absence.
You have the right to appear at any and all hearings. You have the right to be represented by a lawyer at all stages of this proceeding and may hire a lawyer immediately. A lawyer will be appointed to you if you cannot pay for one and if you ask to have one appointed.
