The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Mebane will hold a legislative public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Glendel Stephenson Municipal Building located at 106 E. Washington Street, Mebane on Monday, January 3, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following:
Request to rezone the +/- 0.5-acre property addressed 122 S Lane St (PIN 9825214594), from R-12 to R-10 by Gryffindoor Properties, LLC.
All interested citizens will be given the opportunity to voice concerns. The City shall hold its Council meetings in accordance with the adopted Meeting Procedures Policy, which requires in-person participation for meetings in which a quorum of Council members are present in person.
