TOWN OF HAW RIVER
Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Haw River and other interested parties that the Haw River Town Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on Monday, March 7, 2022, in the Haw River Municipal Building at 403 E. Main Street, Haw River, NC 27258.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed rezoning request by Delta Contracting to rezone two parcels of property within the town limits of Haw River as identified by Parcel ID# 152985 and #152989 or GPIN# 8894783506 and #8894787591 from R-12 (Single-Family Zoning District) and B-2 (General Business Zoning District) to I-2 (Heavy Industrial).
