The Burlington City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 7:00 PM to consider a request to rezone property from Light Industrial (LI) and General Business (GB) to Conditional Industrial (CI). The property is addressed as 2250 Hatchery Road and is roughly 18.78 acres in size. It is located on the south side of Hatchery Road, east of the intersection with Alamance Road, and consists of Alamance County Tax Identification Number 120963.
