IN RE: M. K. J. H.
TO: Any Unknown Father
Respondent:
TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed alleging that the above-described juvenile is dependent. The juvenile was born to Tracy LaShawn Graves, a black female on January 20, 2006.
A Petition has been filed by the Alamance County Department of Social Services. You are hereby notified to appear at 8:30 a.m. on the 9th day of March, 2022, in the Alamance County District Court for a hearing on a Juvenile Petition filed on December 14, 2021 by the Alamance County Department of Social Services.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO APPEAR on the 9th day of March, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. for a hearing on the petition. If the Court determines that the allegations of the petition are true, the Court will conduct a dispositional hearing to consider the needs of the juvenile and enter an order designed to meet those needs and the objectives of the State. The dispositional order may:
1. remove the juvenile from the custody of a parent, guardian, or custodian;
