2. Request to rezone the property totaling +/- 14.74 acres located at South NC 119 Highway and Summer Walk Drive (GPIN: 9803578931), from R-20, Residential District, to R-8 (CD), Residential Conditional Zoning District, to allow for a 140-unit multifamily development by
Brown Investment Properties, Inc.
3. Request to rezone six properties totaling +/- 37.68 acres located along Mebane Oaks Road and Old Hillsborough Road.
