The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Mebane will hold an evidentiary public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Glendel Stephenson Municipal Building located at 106 E. Washington Street, Mebane on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following item:
Request for a Special Use Permit to allow a 195-foot monopole non-stealth telecommunications facility on a +/- 3.87-acre property zoned R-20 located at 4449 Landi Lane (PIN 9816764270) by Towercom IV-B, LLC, c/o George Davis 5611 NC Hwy 55, Suite 201, Durham, NC 27713.
Testimony from qualified professionals is permitted. All persons addressing the City Council regarding a Special Use Permit request must be sworn or affirmed as required by North Carolina General Statutes. The meeting will be held both in person and remotely. Sworn testimony can be provided via in person attendance or zoom conferencing. Written or emailed comments are not permitted for this quasi-judicial hearing. Detailed instructions for participation will be posted on the City’s website, www.cityofmebane.com, under Community Spotlight.

To completely and permanently terminate all parental and custodial rights you may have with respect to the above-named male child, born 10/20/2020 in Greensboro, North Carolina. The juvenile was born to Jessica D Williams, an African-American female, approximately 38 years of age. The child was conceived around January of 2020.
YOU ARE REQUIRED to answer the petition within 40 days after the date o initial publication (date of initial publication is July 8, 2021, exclusive of such date), answer shall be filed with the Clerk of Superior Court of Alamance County, attention juvenile clerk. Your parental rights to the juvenile will be terminated upon failure to answer the petition within the time prescribed.

TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of the relief sought is as follows: termination of your parental rights regarding a male child born on January 10, 2017, in Alamance County, North Carolina. (An Order for Service by Publication was entered by the District Court on June 10, 2021.)
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than July 24, 2021, said date being thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice, and upon your failure to do so, the Davidson County Department of Social Services will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
