DIVISION
FILE NO: 21 JA 47
IN RE: C.R.W.
TO: Rachel McCormick and Alexander Wilson
Respondent:
TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed alleging that the above-described juvenile is neglected and dependent.
A nonsecure custody order has been entered and the juvenile has been placed in the temporary custody of the Alamance County Department of Social Services.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO APPEAR on the 11th day of August, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. for a adjudication and dispositional hearing (dates are subject to change).
The Court may order the following:
1) If the petition alleges and the court determines at the hearing the allegations are true, the Court may deem the juvenile an abused, neglected and/or dependent juvenile.
2) If the court determines at the hearing that the allegations of the petition are true, the court will conduct a dispositional hearing to consider the needs of the juvenile and enter an order designed to meet those needs and the objectives of the State.
3) That the dispositional order or a subsequent order:
a. May move the juvenile from the custody of the parent, guardian, or custodian.
b. May require that the juvenile receive medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other treatment and that the parent participate in the treatment;.

d. May order the parent to pay for treatment that is ordered for the juvenile or the parent.
e. May immediately cease reunification efforts for failure to participate and meaningfully engage in this case.
