TOWN OF HAW RIVER
Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Haw River and other interested parties that the Haw River Town Council will hold a legislative hearing at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 11, 2022, in the Haw River Municipal Building at 403 E. Main Street, Haw River, NC 27258.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed annexation and rezoning request by Susan E. Garrison, Dennis King, & Nolan Prestwood (property owners) to annex and rezone a parcel of property (all 28.16 +/- acres of the entire property) as identified by Parcel ID# 153848 or GPIN# 8895609141 from I-2 (Heavy Industrial Zoning District) to Conditional District-General Residential Zoning District (CD-RG). The property is approximately 32.48 (+/-) total acres off Trollingwood Road. The request may be examined Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Haw River Municipal Building.
