Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Graham, NC will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at Graham City Hall, 201 S. c. Request by Chad Huffine on behalf of Square Miler Holdings, LLC, to rezone approximately 0.65 acres at 206 E Elm Street (GPIN: 8884243495) and 105 N Marshall Street (GPIN: 8884243516) from B-1 (Central Business) and B-2 (General Business) to C-R (Conditional Residential) to construct townhomes and C-B (Conditional Business) to construct a live-work building (CR2201).
d. Request by Stephen Williams, William Royal, et al. for voluntary contiguous annexation of 3.87 acres of land on Jimmie Kerr Road (GPINS: 8894531201 and 8894520912) into the Graham city limits (AN2203).

Request to establish R-12(CD) zoning on +/- 148.98 acres for a Planned Unit Development of 288 single-family homes and 184 townhomes, by rezoning 2570 S NC 119 (GPIN 9803664499) from R-20; rezoning an adjacent unaddressed property (GPIN 9803752741) from B-2 and R-20, and establishing zoning on a portion of the property not zoned by the City of Mebane; rezoning portions of an adjacent unaddressed property (GPIN 9803578931) from R-20; and, rezoning portions of 2502 S NC 119 (GPIN 9803677687) from B-2, by Leoterra Development, Inc.

PUBLIC NOTICE
EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY
Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute § 160A-271, the Graham City Council states its intention to consider authorizing the exchange of certain City-owned property for certain property currently owned by Preservation Burlington.
The exchange involves the following:
The City of Graham owns a wooden mantle used in the Graham Historical Museum as a display piece. The City of Graham will consider conveying this mantle, purchased at a price of $150 in 2018, to Preservation Burlington.
Preservation Burlington owns a mantle attributed to the Frances Ann Holt Williamson and John Lea Williamson House that once stood at the location of the current Graham City Hall. Preservation Burlington will be conveying this mantle, current retail value of $1,500, to the City of Graham.
The exchange will be considered an even trade.
The Graham City Council intends to consider authorizing the exchange of properties described above at its regular meeting on June 14, 2022.
