Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Graham, NC will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Graham City Hall, 201 S. The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Mebane will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Glendel Stephenson Municipal Building located at 106 E. Washington Street, Mebane on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following request:
Special Use Permit for a Special Purpose Lot for use as an Elevated Water Storage Tank, a Public Works Utility Facility, on +/-1.39 acres of a +/-5.16-acre property at 1500 South Third Street (GPIN 9814066338), by the City of Mebane.
Testimony from qualified professionals is permitted. All persons addressing the City Council regarding a Special Use Permit request must be sworn or affirmed as required by North Carolina General Statutes.
