the Alamance County Board of Equalization
and Review will meet as required by law.
PURPOSE OF MEETINGS
To hear upon request, any and all taxpayers
who own or control taxable property assessed
for taxation in Alamance County, with respect
to the valuation of such property, or the
property of others, and to fulfill other duties
and responsibilities required by law.
TIME OF MEETINGS
The Board will convene for its first meeting on
Thursday, April 10, 2025. The Board will adjourn
for the purpose of accepting requests for hearing on
Thursday, April 24, 2025.
The meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 am
in the County Commissioners Meeting Room
2nd floor of the County Office Building.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The public will take notice that the City Council of the City of Mebane will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the Glendel Stephenson Municipal Building located at 106 E. Washington Street, Mebane, NC 27302, on Monday, April 7, 2025,at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following:
Request to rezone the +/- 22.57-acre property located at 940 Gibson Road (GPIN 9804770720), from LM to O&I (CD) to allow for a daycare and future church by First Baptist Church of Mebane.
All persons interested in the above request are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given the opportunity to voice any concerns. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Graham, NC will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Graham City Hall, 201 S.
