The Project describes the special education programs that Alamance Burlington School System (ABSS) proposes for Federal funding for the 2024-2025 School Year. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 30, 2024, in the Burlington-Alamance Regional Airport, 3441 North Aviation Drive, Burlington, North Carolina 27215. Attendance at the Pre-Bid meeting is NOT mandatory, however is strongly recommended.
The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the T-Hangar and Hangar Taxilanes Site Preparation and Paving project. Items of work include erosion control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, aggregate base course, bituminous paving, marking and drainage items.

All proposals shall be prepared on the basis of the Minimum Wage Rates as established by the Secretary of Labor and as included in Appendix ‘D’ of these specifications.
It is the intent of Burlington-Alamance Airport Authority to award all schedules of work; however, the award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of Federal, State, and Local funds.
