TOWN OF HAW RIVER
Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Haw River and other interested parties that the Haw River Town Council will hold a legislative hearing at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 6, 2021, in the Haw River Municipal Building at 403 E. Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding text amendment changes regarding compliance with NCGS 160D and other text amendments to the Town of Haw River’s Code of Ordinances.
The request may be examined Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Haw River Municipal Building. The Town of Haw River Town Council welcomes participation from all its citizens. If any disabled person has a special request for a hearing interpreter or other assistance, please contact the ADA Coordinator at (336) 578-0784.
