TOWN OF HAW RIVER
Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Haw River and other interested parties that the Haw River Town Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on Monday, November 1, 2021, in the Haw River Municipal Building at 403 E. Main Street.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed rezoning request by Tara & Nathanael Ariel to rezone a piece of property within the town limits of Haw River as identified by Parcel ID# 153963 or GPIN# 8895650312 from R-12 (Residential) to CZ-B2 (Conditional Zoning-General Business), The property is approximately 1.035 (+/-) acres and is located at the intersection of Roxboro Street and N. Wilkins Road.
The request may be examined Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Haw River Municipal Building. The Town of Haw River Town Council welcomes participation from all its citizens.
