The birth mother is Amber Marie Stacey, who is a 26 year-old Caucasian female with dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, fair complexion and a height and weight of 5’5″ and 150 lbs. Ms. Stacey is a resident of Liberty, NC, who reports that conception occurred in Liberty, NC and that the biological father is unknown. The putative father’s race is African American and his whereabouts are unknown.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that you are required to file a response to such pleading not later than 40 days from the first day of publication of this notice, that date being January January 14, 2021, and upon your failure to do so the Petitioner will apply to the Court for relief sought in the Petition. Any parental rights you may have will be terminated upon the entry of the decree of adoption.
