Quarry Hills Subdivision infrastructure in, entrance underway, houses (285) on the way

Roadwork, curb, gutters and other infrastructure is getting underway at the Quarry Hills Subdivision south of Graham, within Swepsonville’s municipal limits.

Developer Eric Dischinger has installed curbs and gutters throughout much of the 160-acre site of the subdivision (the former home of Quarry Hills Golf Course), which calls for 285 single-family homes that will be built in multiple phases and marketed to buyers 55 and older.

Pictured here are the widened access into the subdivision off George Bason Road; as well as the roadwork as can be seen from NC 54.

Curb and gutter is already in, as workmen prepare for paving some of the initial internal roads within the new subdivision.
