Todd Leanders Clark of 2000 Paisley Drive, Lot 118, Haw River, is reportedly the owner of TC Builders. He has allegedly accepted payment for home repairs from victims in and around Alamance County but never returned to complete the work, according to the sheriff’s office.

Several victims have filed civil processes that remain outstanding due to Clark’s unknown whereabouts, according to the sheriff’s office, which didn’t specify a timeframe for his alleged crimes.
