A U.S. Mid-Amateur qualifier will be held Monday at Alamance Country Club in Burlington. This event is sanctioned by the U.S. Golf Association and all its regulations apply.
Three qualifiers will be determined for the U.S. Mid-Amateur from September 13-18 at Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Two alternates also will be determined. There are 69 qualifying sites.
There will be a field of no more than 84 golfers for the qualifier at Alamance Country Club. The qualifier is being conducted by the Carolinas Golf Association in conjunction with the USGA.
