The Board of Adjustment for the Village of Alamance will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village of Alamance Town Hall located at 2874 Rob Shepherd Drive, Burlington, NC. The purpose of this hearing is to receive citizen input regarding the application for a Special Use Permit for 2869 Rob Shepard Dr, Burlington, NC 27215.
The request is to allow construction of a second building for the property located at 2869 Rob Shepard Dr, Burlington, NC 27215. The property is in the Mixed Use (MU) District.
