Please take notice that the Alamance County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 15th at 7:00 PM to consider the following:
THE EVIDENTIARY HEARING – Application for a waiver from the Alamance County Unified Development Ordinance section 6.9.4 Minimum Design standards to include: a side setback requirement of 10ft. The applicant is asking to be able to add a garage to the property that can only meet a 7ft distance from the property line. He is unable to meet minimum requirements by 3 ft. The waiver request is for property at 2872 Springfield Ct. Elon, NC 27244 on GPIN: 8847743372.
This evidentiary hearing will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room located on the 2nd floor of the Alamance County Office Building, 124 West Elm Street, Graham, NC 27253. All interested citizens are invited to attend.
