Graham girl selected for North Carolina School of the Arts

Courtney Talley, 15-year-old daughter of Chuck and Jennifer Talley of Graham, has been accepted to the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.

Talley is one of only a handful of high school students that was selected to attend the prestigious school based on her visual arts portfolio, an interview, and grades.

She will be living on campus at the school in Winston-Salem starting this fall. Courtney is a sophomore at River Mill Academy in Graham.
