in MEBANE:
Most of you, our dear family of patients, do not want to receive this news. For almost 6 years, I have had the privilege of being your dentist, and now my back issues have worsened. I have now retired.
After much prayer, I will no longer see patients. It will be up to you to contact our office to request your dental xrays so that you may forward them to a new practitioner. There are two ways to do this. You may send us a text very soon with your best email address so that we can send them to you.
text 919-636-0341
Or you may request to have them sent by sending your best email address to our office email:
drhoyleoffice@gmail.com
You must provide your email for X-rays within the next couple months by April 24th, 2026. These records do not print out well on paper, so email is best. After April 24, 2026 there will be a $25 fee to request these from a national “xray custodian” online company by contacting them through our email notification and to include the online fee.
We were always glad to help you when we could. Wished it could have lasted longer.
Sincerely yours,

COUNTY OF ALAMANCE
IN RE: M.M., DOB 10/21/2020, Female, White
Born in Alamance County, North Carolina
TO: Heather Mashburn aka Overman, aka Jennings
Respondent:
TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed alleging that the above-described juvenile is neglected.
A Petition has been filed by the Alamance County Department of Social Services. You are hereby notified to appear at 8:30 a.m. on April 29, 2026, in the Alamance County District Court for hearing on the Juvenile Petition filed on January 30, 2026 by the Alamance County Department of Social Services. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO APPEAR on 04/29/2026, at 8:30 a.m. for a hearing on the petition. If the Court determines that the allegations of the petition are true, the Court will conduct a dispositional hearing to consider the needs of the juvenile and enter an order designed to meet those needs and the objectives of the State. The dispositional order may:
1. remove the juvenile from the custody of a parent, guardian, or custodian;
2. order the parent to pay child support if the child is placed with someone other

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear at the time set for the hearing upon the petition. If the Court determines that you can and should pay, it may order you to reimburse the State for such fees. If you fail to appear, the Court may enter such an order in your absence.
You have the right to appear at any and all hearings. You have the right to be represented by a lawyer at all stages of this proceeding and may hire a lawyer immediately. A lawyer will be appointed to you if you cannot pay for one and if you ask to have one appointed.
